Name Released on Fatality in Sunday Daggett County Crash

he name of the person killed in the accident on SR-191 in Daggett County on Saturday has been released. According to Utah Highway Patrol, fatal injuries were sustained by 21-year-old Tierra Williams of McKinnon, Wyoming. According to the UHP report, the 2015 Nissan was traveling southbound while a 2017 motor home was traveling northbound.

SkyWest Bid Being Considered for Vernal Regional Airport

Uintah County and Vernal City officials have a decision ahead of them: offer the Vernal Regional Airport contract to SkyWest or stick with Boutique Air. Local officials were surprised that SkyWest put in a bid and are weighing the many factors involved. “It’s interesting that they want to come back,” shares Uintah County Commissioner Duane Shepherd.
