Changes have been made on a state level to the agencies that serve individuals with disabilities. Over the weekend Governor Herbert announced that the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation has officially transferred to the Utah Department of Workforce Services.

Who knew corn could make headline news? But for anglers, the Utah Wildlife Board’s approval last week of corn as bait on limited Utah waters is big news. Flaming Gorge is among the very limited waters where anglers can fish with corn starting January 1st, 2017.
