| Event Description | Spooky Special for adoptions at the Roosevelt Animal Shelter, for the entire month of October. All adoptable black coated animals will have $50 off of their adoption fee! Sadly, black coated animals have a much harder time getting adopted and usually have longer lengths of stay at shelters. The shelter has some amazing adoptable cats and dogs waiting to find their forever home! |

Vernal City Council Meeting
The Vernal City Council holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts. at 6:00pm, and is held at the city hall located at 374 E Main Street in Vernal.
