| Event Description | Arguably the largest trunk or treat event in Utah, the annual Mayor's Walk brings thousands of young ghosts and goblins to downtown Vernal to celebrate Halloween and show off their creative costumes. Supported by hundreds of local business owners who line up along Vernal Mainstreet handing out treats and goodies. For two big hours, Vernal's mainstreet is closed to traffic as the street is packed with music, fun and families. |

Vernal City Council Meeting
The Vernal City Council holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts. at 6:00pm, and is held at the city hall located at 374 E Main Street in Vernal.
